Response credits can be used 1 of 2 ways throughout the 2020-2021 school year.
Option 1: Register for Special Events
Throughout the year, ENVOLVE will be holding special virtual events for student leaders (and their advisors) to attend. By using a single Response Credit on the event, all of your student leaders will be eligible to attend.
Have some students who can’t attend live? That is totally OK! You will receive a digital recording of the event which remains active for 2-weeks.
ENVOLVE will send a confirmation email, receipt, and event link 24-hours prior to the event.
Want to brainstorm a new event with your leaders? Looking to create some new goals for an upcoming activity? In addition to special live events, you can use credits to schedule a 30-minute planning session with your students.
Use the calendar integration found here to schedule a session. ENVOLVE will send a confirmation email, receipt, and email link 24-hours prior to the scheduled event.
Both Special Events and Planning Sessions are designed for student leaders from your campus who have attended an In Progress virtual training. Credits may not be combined, used for virtual assemblies, or transferred.
All Response Credits must be used by June 18, 2021.
Cancellations for both live events and planning sessions must be emailed to info@EnvolveSchools.com 24-hours prior to the start of the event.
