Process
- Write positive phrases on the top of large mirrors or reflective poster paper.
- Mirror phrases can include (but are not limited to):
- “You are loved here.”
- “You are valued here”
- “You are safe here”
- “You are respected here”
- Finally, stand with a few of your fellow leaders in a crowded lunch area, holding the signs up high for everyone to see. Your job during lunch is simply to stand in courage and show others just how amazing they are.
