  1. Before the end of the school year, have senior student leaders write personalized thank-you notes to administrators on campus.
  2. Thank-you notes should center around the support leadership received to create phenomenal activities.
  3. Rather than giving notes at the end of the year, wait until the start of the next semester.
  4. Our fall schedules are filledwith activities that require support. In addition to creating a wonderful school culture, we need to constantly gain the trust of our admin teams.
