Process
- Line students up on one end of the gym floor.
- Give each participating student a sleeping bag to use. This is their “caterpillar outfit”.
- Students must go head first into the sleeping bag and inch their way across the gym floor.
- This activity can be done as a single race, relay or as part of a larger activity.
