- Work with your leadership class to establish a list of kind notes and affirmations about various students/staff on campus.
- Once per day, during morning announcements, shout out one person on your list.
- To increase the risk and reward of the activity, set up a system for students to submit their own kind shout-outs.
- The more positivity we create, the better!
