Process
- Just before winter arrives, create a messaging campaign illustrating the need for extra jackets/coats in your community.
- Without proper messaging, any drive tends to have little purpose.
- Next, place collection bins around campus to collect jackets and coats.
- Finally, donate the donated jackets to One Warm Coat (or a similar non-profit organization).
- Be sure to celebrate the service completed with your students!
