Process
  1. Write positive phrases on the top of large mirrors or reflective poster paper.
  2. Mirror phrases can include (but are not limited to):
    1. “You are loved here.”
    2. “You are valued here”
    3. “You are safe here”
    4. “You are respected here”
  3. Finally, stand with a few of your fellow leaders in a crowded lunch area, holding the signs up high for everyone to see. Your job during lunch is simply to stand in courage and show others just how amazing they are.
