Process
  1. Place a large piece of poster paper on a wall on campus with the header “Take One, Leave One”.
  2. Below, place dozens of post-it notes. Half of these notes should have words like “hope”, “kindness”, and “understanding” written on them, while the other half should be left blank for student participation.
  3. As the saying at the top indicates, students can take one post-it note and leave another.
